A police officer from the Traffic Enforcement Group has been charged with two accounts of unlawful use of his computer.
It is alleged the 45-year-old officer, who has not been stood down from his duties, committed the offences between February 26 and April 27 this year.
He is due to appear in the Mandurah Magistrates Court on Friday.
He remains at Traffic Enforcement Group in a fully operational capacity.
