A 19-year-old South Bunbury man was seriously injured in a collision on the South Western Highway just north of Donnybrook on Sunday October 12.
Donnybrook Police said the man, driving a silver Ford Escape wagon, attempted to overtake at an unsafe time, resulting in a collision with a car coming in the opposite direction.
The Ford then rolled, and the man received injuries to his legs. He was trapped in the vehicle and had to be cut free before being conveyed to Royal Perth Hospital by the RAC Rescue helicopter.
The 68 year old male driver of the other car received minor injuries, and there was minor damage to his vehicle.
The crash occurred about 800 metres south of Bendall Road in Donnybrook.
Enquiries are continuing, and police would like to speak with anyone who saw the crash or either vehicle prior to the crash.
