Hailstones between the size of marbles and cricket balls pelted Balingup and Boyup Brook on Wednesday after storm warnings went out across the South West.
The storm warnings went out on Wednesday morning, advising people to be cautious while driving and find shelter if caught outside.
While the storms brought patchy rain, large hailstones were reported in towns and outlying areas including Boyup Brook.
Boyup Brook resident Rochelle Gear captured some photos of the cricket-ball sized hailstones and said she was stuck in her car with her children after school during the 20-minute hailstorm
Meanwhile, Boyup Brook's Lisa Bleechmore captured pictures of the hail lying like snow in her yard, Carmel Page captured steam rising after the storm and Jodi Nield snapped some close ups of the ice.
