DONNYBROOK District High School student Mitchell Dhu is planning to shave to raise funds for charity - and it will be no ordinary shave.
Mitchell has been growing his hair out for almost three years, out of curiosity to see just how big his `fro' could get.
"It's been fun having it, but I think it's time to cut it off," he said.
Mitchell is planning his big shave for 1.30 on December 11 at the school. People are invited to come and see Renee from Salon De Coiffure do the honours on the day.
Mitchell hopes to raise money to donate to the Children's Leukaemia and Cancer Research Foundation. Anybody who would like to donate can ring the school on 97311060 or visit the front office.
