A 33-year-old Cloverdale man has been charged over the shooting of a man in Scarborough late last month.
Just after 9pm on February 21, a 32-year-old man was shot twice in the stomach after an incident in Scarborough.
WA Police along with the Australian Federal Police arrested the 33-year-old man at Perth Airport on Saturday. Police allege he was trying to flee the state with his girlfriend.
He has charged with acts intending to cause grievous bodily harm and actual grievous bodily harm.
A 26-year-old Noranda woman has been charged with stealing a motor vehicle.
Both are due to appear in the Perth Magistrates Court on March 1.
