A 46-year-old Donnybrook male was charged on Wednesday March 18 by Donnybrook Police in relation to a series of offences.
The charges included burglary, a separate stealing offence and a number of charges in relation to property and drugs as a result of a search warrant.
He was also charged with having no drivers license, and his car impounded for 28 days.
Enquiries into a number of other matters are ongoing.
Donnybrook OIC Sergeant Ryan van der Heide said there had been a marked increase in property-related incidents in the Yabberup, Lowden and Queenwood areas.
He urged property owners to lock up and to report anything suspicious.
