Police have charged a 13-year-old boy after he allegedly attempted to stab a female bus driver in Australind.
The teenager, a passenger on the bus, allegedly pulled a knife on the 69-year-old driver as it headed down Mardo Avenue at 8am on Monday.
The driver was taken to Bunbury Regional Hospital after the incident - having recieved a number of cuts to her chest and hand.
She has since been released from hospital and the boy has been charged with acts intended to harm or endanger the life or safety of another.
He will appear before the Bunbury Children's Court on Tuesday.
