Imperials kept their unbeaten streak alive in round eight of the Lower South West Football League with a win over a spirited Bridgetown side.
The Bulldogs had the upper hand early and as the goals kept flowing they by two goals at half time.
The third quarter saw the Magpies come alive, hitting seven goals while keeping Bridgetown to just three behinds.
Two goals to each side in the final term saw Imperials triumph 13.12.90 to 8.10.58.
Adam Booth kicked three goals for the Magpies while Scott Gizzarelli, Dylann Macarlino, Arthur Bennell and Troy Wilson each kicked two.
For Bridgetown, Rodney Jetta kicked four while Reece Griffiths nailed two.
In Kojonup, the Tigers notched their second win of the year with a big win over the Cougars.
Tigers were fast out of the gates kicking five unanswered goals in the first quarter. They added another three in the second quarter while Kojonup hit two.
Five more goals in the third quarter gave Tigers a commanding lead over at the final change and another five goals in the last term saw Tigers triumph 18.14.122 to 5.8.38.
Lyndon Muir was the best scorer for Tigers with four goals while Jethro Barraclough kicked three and Jordan Jupp and Nathan Skraha both booted two.
Tyrone Roe was the best scorer for Kojonup with two goals.
The final game of the round saw a close clash between Deanmill and Boyup Brook.
The Roos held an eight point lead at quarter time with some solid passing before the Hawks wrestled their way to a one point lead at the main break.
Deanmill saw more of the ball in the third quarter but struggled to convert their shots on goal.
Meanwhile Boyup Brook kept pushing hard to stay in the match.
Brynn Francis proved to be the difference between the two sides in the final quarter, kicking his third goal to win 7.15.57 to 5.5.35.
Michael Mcleod and Rhien Lloyd both kicked two goals for the Roos.
Currently Imperials are six wins from six games with Bridgetown and Kojonup not far behind with four wins each.
Deanmill and Southerners are both three and three while Tigers have two and Boyup Brook are still chasing their first win, having fought hard and gone close a number of times.
This Saturday, Bridgetown host Boyup Brook before Deanmill host Tigers and Imperials host Southerners on Sunday.
