The South West Rail and Heritage Centre will be celebrating Boyanup Sunday’s next outing on Sunday, October 23 with an Old Fashioned Railway Picnic.
Enjoy a great family day out with traditional games and delicious food, the Old Fashioned Railway Picnic promises to be a day with a difference.
Egg and spoon races, horseshoe toss, sack races, tug of war are just a few of the activities on offer with refreshments from the Picnic Van.
Anyone who wants to feast in style, the gingerbread house is offering picnic hampers which can be ordered by calling 9731 5908 or drop into the premises on South West Highway before October 17.
You can also be the first to try out the new picnic basket trail.
The collection of railway rolling stock, vintage machinery, blacksmith forge, Men’s Shed and the ever expanding model railway will all be operating, making this a day out for everyone.
The South West Rail and Heritage Centre is on Turner St, Boyanup and will be open from 10am to 2pm.
