People travelled from near and far to meet orphaned joeys at the Pemberton Visitor Centre.
Local wildlife carer Leslie Harrison brings her baby kangaroos to Pemberton every Wednesday and Saturday over the current school holidays from 9.30am to 4.30pm as part of the Blooming Wild Festival.
Harrison has been caring for animals for most of her life; and has raised more than 250 joeys as a full-time commitment over the past 30 years.
She is based south of Northcliffe.
“I’m never without animals,” she said.
Three of the four joeys she brings to Pemberton are about nine months old.
Any donations go to help care for wildlife.
