THE 14th annual Blackwood Valley and WA Boutique Wine Show will showcase the premium wines being produced by smaller wineries and growers both locally and from across the state.
The show continues to grow each year and develop its reputation as the only show in WA specifically catering for boutique wineries from across the state who crush less than 250 tonnes of fruit per year.
Chief judge Tony Davis from Snake and Herring will work with Ryan Aggiss of Aravina Estate and Digby Leddin from Lamont’s Winery to assess the wines to Australian Standards.
This year’s wines will be judged on October 13 and 14 at the Bridgetown Gardens Function Centre, followed by the Exhibitors Function and Awards Presentation on October 17 from 5pm to 7.30pm, which is open to the public.
Delicious canapes and live music while tasting the wines will make the evening one to remember. Tickets are $30 per person and can be purchased online at: blackwoodvalleywine.asn.au
