Hundred of Donnybrookers flocked to VC Mitchell Park over the weekend to enjoy a circus treat.
On its 45th anniversary tour, the Circus Royale was a big hit over the weekend as it brought four spectacular shows to the Donnybrook faithful under the Big Top.
The action-packed traditional circus show features circus favourites such as: motorcycle daredevils, a rola bola balancing act, and clowns (the friendly kind).
Circus Royale owner-ringmaster Damian Syred said the attendance was a 100 per cent increase on their previous visit.
“We received lots of happy customers and lots of positive feedback,” he said.
“Bunbury folk attended in numbers too. Those that were away or missed us in Bunbury.”
There are five shows remaining in Bridgetown (October 18 and 19) and in Manjimup (October 21 to 23) this season.
