The Donnybrook Visitor Centre has recently undergone a refurbishment giving the place a fresher look more inviting to visitors.
Donnybrook Regional Tourism Association manager Liz Martella said she would like to thank everyone involved.
“We have changed the layout of the shop as well as give the place a paint and floor sanding so now it feels a lot more open and welcoming to visitors,” she said.
“We were able to do this work with assistance from Tourism WA Regional Visitor Centre Sustainability Grant Program through Royalties for Regions.
“We tried to support local businesses from Donnybrook and Bridgetown. There was a lot of time and effort put in by our volunteers as well as assistance from Donnybrook Men’s Shed, without them the work would not have been possible.”
