Police have today renewed calls for information surrounding the discovery of a woman's body just off Bussell Highway in Margaret River on Monday, June 14.
Detectives investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a 39-year-old woman are seeking the public's assistance for information.
South West District Superintendent Geoff Stewart said the woman was discovered deceased on the popular walking track adjacent to Bussell Highway at around 7.30am on Monday June 14.
On Monday afternoon, Supt Stewart said officers from Busselton and Bunbury were investigating the circumstances surrounding the woman's death, with oversight from the Perth homicide squad, but that it was too early to give any further details.
Investigators wish to speak to anyone who was in the area or travelling on Bussell Highway between 7.30pm on Sunday 13 June and 7.30am on Monday 14 June who may have seen the woman, or any suspicious activity.
