More than 55 charges have been laid against an ex-public servant and three other people in Victoria.

More than 55 charges, including conspiracy to defraud and misconduct in public office, have been laid against the ex-public servant and three other people linked to an external provider.
The charges from the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission also include obtaining financial advantage by deception, dealing with proceeds of crime and unauthorised modification of computer data.
The four accused are involved in Victoria's transport, and vocational education and training sectors.
They are due to appear in Warrnambool Magistrates Court on October 19.
